Your satisfaction with rehabilitation comfort is our goal. If an item does not fit or arrives defective, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and manuals intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Hygiene items (such as opened disposable underpads) cannot be returned once unsealed.
